Terms of Service

Using Overload
Overload helps you log workouts and track progressive overload. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Not medical advice
Overload is not a healthcare provider. Nothing in the app — including progression suggestions or AI Coach replies — is medical, physical therapy, or professional training advice.
Lifting weights carries inherent risk. Use common sense, consult a qualified coach or physician if you need guidance, and stop if something hurts.
Your content
You own your workout data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service, including AI Coach features when you choose to use them.
Don't use Overload for anything illegal or to upload content that violates someone else's rights.
Free features & Overload Pro
Core workout logging, progression guidance, and history are free.
Overload Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple's App Store. Pricing, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the purchase sheet before you subscribe.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases from Settings in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service running but don't guarantee uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any injury, data loss, or damages arising from your use of Overload. You use the app at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page.
