# Overload — FAQ ## Do I need an account to use Overload? No. You can log workouts as a guest with history stored on your iPhone. Sign-in is optional and unlocks cloud sync plus Overload Pro features that need an account. ## Does Overload work offline? Yes. Core workout logging and local history work in basement gyms, dead zones, and airplane mode. ## Do I have to use exact exercise names? No. Exercise names stay free-text. Overload is built so slightly different names for the same movement do not break your history the way rigid exercise databases often do. ## Is Overload free? Core logging, local history, offline use, and progression targets are free forever with no signup required. Overload Pro is an optional App Store subscription for forecast, AI coach, share cards, export, and sync. ## Is Overload medical advice? No. Overload is a workout logging and progression helper, not medical advice. Train within your limits and consult a professional when needed. ## What platforms are supported? Overload is iPhone-first (iOS).
